Reid Smith & Associates founded The e-Loyalty Resource at www.e-loyalty.com to teach e-marketers how to engender e-loyalty. Our consulting practice carries on this same educational goal by teaching clients to think like e-loyalty marketers. Using rapid response teams, we cut customer research time and expenses in half and use that research to quickly develop e-loyalty strategy that is immediately actionable. We don’t just recommend and walk away, we deliver phased implementation plans so clients can see immediate and long-term results. And we help clients find and evaluate e-loyalty vendors as well.
